General Waste

We had cardboard and plastic material built up on our site for months. I had contacted numerous companies but because it was mixed on
pallets, no one would take it away, even if we paid for transport or delivered in. I then came across Trikon and got them out to view the material, straight away they were looking out for solutions and not problems.

They removed the material which no one else was prepared to look at and now have given us a system whereby we can earn a rebate for the materials which we are baling. In short they are a customer focused and extremely easy to deal with.

I was contacted by Trikon who were introducing their service to businesses and they booked in for a sales rep to visit me. I’m always willing to look at ways of reducing cost but on this occasion was skeptical due to the fact that as a franchisee of subway, they had already negotiated great rates for waste and recycling nationwide for all stores. Which is why I was shocked when trikon’s prices were significantly lower than what I was paying! Add to this the fact that I had fished around for prices prior to signing up with the subway recommendation which was the cheapest. They even gave me a discount on my 2nd site for recommending some of my friends to them.

Fed up with poor service and lack of interest we looked for an alternative provider. It was refreshing to see that a company was
prepared to come out and spend time to understand our business and waste needs. It turned out that we were not segregating what can be
recycled and therefore paying higher costs for a general waste collections.

Trikon helped us understand our own waste and gave us a solution which works for our business. They even take the cardboard away for free which is 80% of our total waste. Without a doubt the best service provider for waste and recycling.

We had recently moved onto a new site on an industrial estate and discovered drums of oils and various liquid substances on our site.

Not knowing how to dispose of it safely we contacted the local council and various companies, who either couldn’t deal with it or didn’t get back to us. One of our neighbours suggested Trikon as they were using them to deal with all their waste.

Upon contacting them, they got a rep out and give us a clear timescale of when the material would be removed and got it done on time. They now deal with all of our waste at site and I wouldn’t contemplate using
anyone else.

We have been very happy with the service so far and if there has ever been a query or problem we can ring the office and the team are
more than helpful, making us feel like valued customers.
